A recorder app for retail staff to swiftly gather feedback from customers
Context
A multi-brand apparel company wants its staff to collect feedback after customers try on products in their stores. This feedback has to be forwarded to respective brands. With growing customer visits, handing out physical feedback forms becomes impractical for both the staff and customers.
Our goal was to build an app that takes feedback from customers as audio recordings, as rapidly as possible.
How it works
After a customer tries on a product, the assisting staff member selects the product in the app by either scanning its barcode or manually searching the store's product database. The customer is then asked to share their thoughts about the product, which are recorded in the app as an audio clip of up to 100 seconds.
Start a new recording by selecting a product from the store catalogue.
Alternatively, find the product by scanning its barcode, to start recording directly without configuring the size and color.
Configure the product's size and color.
Record and save.
Search by product name and date range to view past recordings.
